Decree

Friends,

Normally in how many days of pronouncement of Order in Divorce matter, the Order and Dceree will be given to parties? Naerly 40 days of pronouncement of Order is over and I had filed filed CA on that day itself, but still I didn't get the copy.

Is it the regular delay? What can I do to get the same. Whether any corrections in Order are going or what may be the cause for delay?

Thanks.

1. Maximum holding by ld PO is for 90 days.
2. File an Application to District Judge to instruct your case Ld PO to dictate Order and sign the same within 1 week from filling of your this Application as your Constitutional Rights to “marital freedom” are getting affected and many eligiable available match I am loosing getting re-married to due to delay of Ld. PO in announcing Order and Decree Sheet thereto
