Hello Sir/ Madam,
(A) has 1 son and 6 daughters , A died in 1989 leaving behind unPartitioned 20 acres land in Bangalore.
so each share will be 21/7 = 3 acres per share
After A death only son got all the land transfered to his name saying he was the only son of A and did not mention 6 daughters names in the family tree.
3 daughters have signed a release deed which is registered , but was cheated no money was paid to them.
All the 6 daughters are born before 1956, will they get equal share ?
what will happen to 3 daughters who have signed release deed?
I heard about pushpalatha N.V vs V.Padma No.326/2004 case in karnataka High court.Not sure if Supreme court has given any Judgement on similar cases.
Pls advice.
