Sir,
I booked an apartment with a builder in Noida extension, At the time of booking they told me that they will provide the date of possession and flat no. in MOU/Agreement. But at the time of signing of MOU they said it will take some more days and they will provide the date of possession and Flat no. in a few days. But after one year and much persuasion they only gave me provisional flat no. and still date of possession is not been provided. Mean while they have taken 75% of the total apartment cost. please tell me whether:
1. Whether it is mandatory (under what law)for the builder to provide flat no. and date of possession before he starts collecting money from public.
2. What are the legal options do I have.
