custody of child

I want information regarding the procedure for custody of children's.. wife want to custody of her two children's.. one kid is 3.5 years and another is 6 years.. after quarrel between husband and wife now wife left her husband's home and came to her paternal home.wife is not working but she is searching job now. she want her children's custody. in this case what I can suggest her? please help me

If all effort for reconciliation between the coupe are does not bring and positive result.

If the husband and wife does not want live with each other then file Divorce and Custody case in family court, generally custody of children’s less than 10 years old is granted to mother.
