Take: Consult via reference face to face with an seasoned advocate locally and discuss the alleged proofs that you say you have and take his views. My view is that plain vanilla divorce is now-a-days not so easy to take from a postpartum depressive wife. rest you can always have a second view over mine !

how much alimony i have to give her if divorce is granted to me? how much maintenance will be decided for the kid.
Take: Suggest you to key in search box top right corner and review search results and moreover if I have to answer this question then I need more details such as your income your, liabilities details etc.

how much it will take to get the divorce?
Take: two interpretation to this vague question; if cost of litigation is intended to be asked then it comes with a price based on experience of an advocate and place he practices, if time duration is intended to be asked then anywhere from minimum 4 to 7 to even 10 years as it is plain vanilla divorce where wife is saying what she expressed in your facts filled brief which I need not have to repeat here.

So what is best here? Adjust here and there if she is afterall not that bad a person in 4 walls of a matrimonial home for a simple reason today ‘plain vanilla divorce’ if asked by a husband comes at very high price (time, money, energy, lost productive years, lost custody, counter blast form her side, visits to court corridors r/w lawyers chambers to police stations etc. unless one has a very strong air tight grounds in civil divorce matters one should only opt for MCD is my view which may differ form replier to replier so wait someone will give flip view than mine
