Hi .. I have joined as a Tech Asst under PMO (Govt of India) on contract basis in Oct 2009. Since than my contract has been renewed regularly. I have a doubt in case when the organization will absorb the contractual employees for regular employment. At the time of interview my age was BELOW 30 years but at the time of Joining my age had crossed almost 2 months above 30 years. I therefore would like to confirm which date would be treated as an upper age limit in my case i.e. Age at the time of Interview OR Age at the time of Joining ??
I have come to know that this organization has approved its Rules of Recruitment from Govt of India (though its not sure) and there is no clear indication of the said dispute. The organization is likely to consider the age at the time of joining which will make me direcly out of the frame.
Kindly advice me for the same.
