Myself manoj thapa and my family is facing 498a case .The story begins here my brother married a girl living in deharadhun .she lived with us in kolkata after 14 days of marriage my brother had to go belgium where he works .in the meantime my bhabhi feel uccomtable with us and ocassionally viset her home town deharadhun.thereafter she send crpx 49a case.we somehow went to nainital highcourt and got anticipatary bail.should my brother also need bail.we are very much afraid that is passport can cancel by police.so i request u what to do....
