Hi ,

Can any one please guide me as to how to proceed with prosecution of a public servant (Deputy Registrar) U/s 7 ,

10 and 13 of The Prevention of Corruption Act 1988. Can I file a Complaint directly before the special Anti-

Corruption Court or shall I file a written Complaint in the office of Anti Corruption Bearue.

Does any prior sanction is needed to file a Complaint before the Court.

No prior sanction is required for the reason that sanction is required only for crimes relating to acts done in discharge of or purportedly in discharge of official duty.

Mr. Lakdawala,

You have not mentioned any resons or any story why do you want to prosecute him? You are just asking directly to prosecute him through his forum.

Why are you prosecuting him? Any proof/evidence? What has he done?
