I need to file a legal suit for recovery of dues from someone who has cheated me and several others on pretext of selling franchise for coaching classes which were started in Noida. I need to file a recovery suit of about 13 Lakhs and I was advised by a lawyer in Delhi that I need to pay court fee of 97,000/-
My question is -
1. Is this correct and is there other option instead of paying such hefty court fee. I was told for same amount of recovery suit fee in Delhi is about 15,000.
2. What are other options I can explore as in March there will be 3 years since I was cheated and I was told that within 3 years recovery suit to be filed
