Pls confirm basis what amount ( Circle rate) or Market Rate the court fees will be charged.
What percentatge of the value will be charged.

Dear Mohit,
Before that please send details about the state where the property situate? If it is in Maharashtra then court fee will be applicable as per Bombay Court Fees Act where in it is based on the Market Value of the property.
