With fraud played registration, a fake sale deed created.With that revenue authorities willfully created title in records on purchaser name. We found it recently, we are not going directly police station to complain on them, we file in court private case. In this court know very well than police, how it fraud and cheating. If court direct for cases on them, is it useful for in civil case which we file cancellation of fake sale deed?

You may file a criminal and civil case both.

Hello,
For cancellation of sale deed you have to approach civil court and file suit. Police case or private complaint cannot cancel the sale deed. Take advice of local expert advocate and take legal action as per his guidance.
