I became a member of the Cooperatice Hosing Society and paid there membership fees. Thereafter, I was alloted plot againsta toek money of Rs. 1.00 Lac; I was assured the balance would be collected from me after the completition of the devlopmet works. Meantime, I was told that the Govt. intends to acquire the entire land for devlopment. I was asked to sign cerrtain papers for CWP (Civil Writ Petition). I never came to know the fate of the CWP; but I was told that my plot hasd been cancelled and given to sumone else, all my requests made to the President of the were not replied. I tried seeking information under RTI-2005; but no reply has beeen given by the President. How do I know whther the society still exists and its memvers viz,. a viz. new enternts in to the mebership of the Society.
