What are the ways for a wife to proof the property of the husband on his state (TN)? The girl is not sure about the property and on which exact location on the city.
The husband has 3 acres of land undivided (on the name of his died father before 15-18 years, we hope.
So, there is legal rights for the wife and her child - 1 share for each of them? How could they identify and proof it on the court of Tamil Nadu.

If husband has some property why he don't disclose it to wife earlier. He should go with the wife where the property is situated.
As far as as the identification of property is concerned, i'm surprised that son have never seen his property for whom he is the rightful heir.
