Sir we won a case in Delhi CAT IN January 17th. Staff selection commission who is respondent in our case was ordered to implement the 1st half of order within 2 months and the entire order in 4 months I.e by may 2023. They did nothing so we filed contempt in May, on 14th May the court issued notice ,2nd date of hearing was 17th July when they were given further 4 weeks to file compliance report,that period is over too,till date they have done nothing. Next hearing is on 30th August.If the Court just give another ate what option will we be left with. Should we file writ petition in High Court Delhi.Kindly Guide. Thank you
