Consumer suffering non fulfillment seller's promise

Dear Sir, I have bought Air conditioner in leading brand because of cash back offer. My awareness is I should buy it before offer close period and make the payment through credit card. Both the conditions said by brand manufacturer and I have full filled. But still not get the cash back offer money by me. The customer care never take any action in this regards.

The only resort available to you is the consumer court. But is the amount large enough?

Dear Sir, Once again I have approched to consumer care centre for get back my cash back offer but they diverting me and I should ask to delear.  I already have difference opinion with delear because he has charged 2% for Card usage.  I have said that the offer given is by brand owner

not by delear. Hence, the brand owner is responsiblilities to oblige it.

better to aproach an advocate at first issue legl notice with all the facts to the manufacture adding dealer as a party based on reply file the case at consumer court
