Under state finance corporation act 1951 only state finance corporations are incorporated.
other companies private or public are registered under companies act 1956 and u can check the details @ www.mca.gov.in
If a private Ltd. company includes in there terms and conditions saying that they are " incorporated under the state financial act 1951 Regd. " , are the company is fake or not legally registered.
How they are using these words in there terms and conditions they are " incorporated under the state financial act 1951 " . ?

Ask for the original Certificate of Incorporation of that Company. Things will be clear to you from it.
A private Company cannot be incorporated under State Finance Corporation Act 1951.
