my job is in mangalore. wife parents and my parents stays in Uttar Pradesh. I am planning to file RCR for taking my wife back. however, considering if any counter case is filed in UP by my wife's family and I am required to
appear in court in UP after every 10 - 20 days which may continue for 6-8 years it will be a nightmare for me. I can't get leave from my office so frequently and also planning for travel will be very difficult.
even my case is genuine i may not be able to contest. kindly give your opinion. is it better to be mum and leave her at her wish.
