I am from Mumbai. As the Chairman/Secretary of my CHS would not accept Nomination Form 14 from me, I sent it in triplicate to CHS by Speed Post last month with a covering letter, requesting them to record the Nomination in the Registers of CHS and send the Form 14 back after making due endorsements within three weeks, failing which I shall initiate legal proceedings.
As the CHS never recorded the Nominations even after four weeks, what action could be taken by me against the CHS and its office bearers? Do I have to just send a written complaint to the Dy. Regisrar of CS of our district, or I have to file my Complaint in a Civil Suit Form before the Dy. Registrar of CS praying relief and orders against the CHS and its office bearers? Please advise. Thanks.
