Dear Experts, Petition has been filed in Family Court on my wife seeking divorce on the grounds of desertion, cruelty and adultery. While the case is in stage of producing petitioner's evidence my wife filed a false police complaint stating that i am going near her home and threatening my child rather he will play with me, i am abusing in filthy language to her rather i have never spoken to her at all after filing a case. Based on the complaint SI asked me to sign the return statement which was been written by his staff member only that till it is decided in the court i will not go to see my son near to her home or to school. As my son is too affectionate to me and he is also very fond of me can anyone guide me how to draft application for visitation rights at family court.
