What is your problem? be more clear. However presuming that you are not convert to Muslim religion and if you have any property, the Hindu law is applicable. If your child is brought up as per Hindu customs then he will be Hindu for all legal purpose. If he is brought up as Muslim customs he will become Muslim. He has right to be a Muslim or Hindu depending upon his faith after he attains his majority. Is it Ok
