Dear Sir
I made a complaint to Chennai police commissioner and the FIR registered on April 2014 us/ IPC 406, 420 & 120(b). Until now 4 months passed, there is no further action taken.
I'm contacting the investigation officer every week, but the I.O keep says, waiting for the higher officials direction.
I sent many remainder e-mail & petition to Police Commissioner but no use.
Please help me on how to proceed further.

You can apply under RTI Act to know the reasons.

you can approach the High Court for necessary directions to the Police
