hi, we had form a placement company named maven chase. we had established this company in the month of jan 2014. due to financial reason we disolved this company. we use operate this activity from kalwa from residency. we had made the partnership deed on our kalwa office. kalwa resi belongs to me. in the of august 2013, the had taken a office in ambernath on rent. during that time i was not their partner. we were just having talks on it, and no paper work was done at that time. all paper works were done in jan 2014. now one of my partner is asking me for the money of ambernath office.so according to you shall paythe rent him or not. they closed this office in month of november 2013 please help me solve this case on prior bases.
