Some Background: In 2013 we purchased ready possion flat with SBI loan. After one year when tax came, it came with illegal construction fine (shastri kar). Later when we asked builder he told no need to pay, it will remove only pay legal amount. We are doing this from last 3 year but last year PCMC stops accepting legal amount PCMC want whole amount with shastri kar. We talked with builder now he is avoiding us not receiving our calls and inform you need to pay all amount, before he is saying the illegal part will remove if it is not remove he will pay now he is denied to pay.
We showed our document to one lawyer he told us to verify documents with PCMC, later from PCMC we got information all documents are FAKE, we all are surprised how we got loan from SBI with this FAKE documents.
We have total 16 flats we all are from outside pune we dont know what is gunthewari and all at the time of purchase, builder take advantage of this and sold us these flats.
Please suggest what we can do know, builder is not reachable and talking in very rough language now.
