I have purchased and registered a under-construction flat in an all-amenities complex for which possession is due shortly. However, I want to change the flat ownership to another in the same complex but another wing/building. The registered agreement has already been done in Oct 2012. What is the possibility and modality for change or transfer of registration to the new under-construction flat? What is the legal fee applicable for this change (cancellation/transfer of regn)?
