Change of name original affidavit lost

Hello, I have changed my name legally 10 years ago, it was published in AP gazette. However I lost original affidavit and newspaper ads. I only have photo copy of them. If I remember correctly I unknowingly submitted the originals for passport application. Now I am applying for government job which requires original affidavit, original newspaper ads, and gazette. Please suggest what are the options I have.
