Sir,
I already have cast certificate and the validity certificate issued by the compotent authority.In the validity they have mentioned that cast consider to be valid. still they put a note below stating candidate has to furnish fresh cast certificate in prescribed proforma but no need to send it back to validity department for validity check.
I am confused what they exactly mean.Should I presume that there is no tension as per as cast valid is consern OR What ?
