case refused by court

sir my case under 138 N.I.A. and refused by court in issue of not presenting in hearing date .At least one year of time i have not presenting front of judge. what is the next step for re-process my case as continue. Thank you

file a petition for condone delay. If there is strong point for delay, court may admit your petition.
