Our builder took 1 year maintenance (@Rs 25000) from us at the time of agreement.There are total 100 flats. From which 30 members 1 year stay completed. 40 members 6 months stay completed and for 20 members 3 months stay completed. 10 flats unsold.
Builder is saying all the maintenace money collected from all the flat owners time to time has been utilised on society maintenance of 1 year and there is no amount payable to society while handing over.
At actual 70 members amount must be carry forward as those society members1 year stay not yet completed in society.
How can we fight with builder for handing over carry forward maintainance amout of member who has not completed 1 year after possession.
Kindly guide us how we can get carry forward amount.
