Can Tenant keep "Pats" against owner

Dear Exparts,

Our old tenant have kept the pat dogs without consulting us. Since, we have common area we don't want because it may be harmful for our childrens.

Is it posible legally that we avoid pats at tenants place?

legally there is no remedy I think so.  You can convince you tenent.

HI Jay,

Please contact to a good lawyer from your city, first you have to send the notice for eviction, if any positive reply not come from tenant you have to file the case. contact a lawyer he will do the all needful activity for the same.

Photo of pet is not sufficient...  do follow Mr. Mane's advice.  Also get some people residing in the same building ready for giving evidince in support of your case. they should tell in Court that the dog causes nuisance to other people living beside this particular tenant and that the tenant is only responsible for the whole thing as he has kept that dog as his pet.
