I am planning to buy a buy a flat in Greater noida west ( uttar pradesh), that flat owner lives in MOSAMBIQUE ,Africa and has given power of attorney to his friend who lives in ghaziabad.
My concerns are below
Can POA sell the property on owner behalf.
The POA he has is registered from south africa consulate but not from local tehsil of G.Noida , will he can sell the property on "MOSAMBIQUE ,Africa consulate POA" docs or its is mandate to get it registered from local tehsil or DM office with refrence nubmber.
NOTE - the POA of he has is in diffrent language "portugese"
i have given some token amount to the party also.
