Can attesting witness be from another state?

Hello Dear Lawyers,

I have some property in Haryana and I am going to execute some property-related documents.

I need 2 attesting witnesses.

However, I don't have any relatives in Haryana and all of my relatives are in Delhi.

Can I make my relatives as an attesting witnesses who are resident of Delhi to execute some property-related documents in haryana?

Yes.  Attesting Witness means that person knows your self.  So he can sign as attesting witness.
