reacently i had started some shop-in-shop counters with a leading brand. i'm in mumbai and the counters are at delhi and pune. i dont know how to bill them.
i had submitted stock of about 4 lac at each counter if i make their invoice i'm suppose to pay the entire tax of the invoice since it is a shop-in-shop bussiness i'll get my payment what ever they sells. i don't mind paying tax the problem arises when i put the product in sale 50% off, thought i had paid the taxes of 100% value of the product how would i manage in sale period. the company is not issuing us form f. so plaese help.
