in one of my case one cooperative bank files case on my cliet. in affidivate banks person says that he is branchmanager but actually on papers in the matter below his signature the word ' agent" is tyed not mager by rubber stamp. what is difference between agent and branch manager of they are same?

Have you read law relating to impersonaltion? Can a person represent himself as a manager whiel not being so.
