arranging second surety for an appeal

I have made an appeal in 138 case in the sessions court. I have paid 50% of the amount in the order from the trial court as per the order of the judge in the sessions court. Also I paid 30000 rs as cash bail and produced 1 surety in person. As per the order by the session judge in order to admit my appeal , its mentioned that 1 or 2 surety may be needed in like amount of 30000. I wish to know that can't I be allowed to take my case further without furnishing the second surety. I've conplied with all other requirements. 50% of the order amount from the trail court, 30000 rs as cash surety as well as one surety in person.
