Argument kab taq hoga?

Arguments stage come as per the list, if pleadings are complete the only thing left is argument. Since your matter is getting delayed alot, you can ask your lawyer to mention the matter and let the matter be taken up early in the Board. In the ordinary course matter is taken up as per the cause list, therefore cause list is required. (Aap apne laywer ko special mention karne k liye boliye)

Sir mene apne lawyer ko bola tha.....he is also trying.....but my question is kya yeh argument hone mein 1- 2 saal aur bhi lag sakte hai? Kiunki already 2 saal ho chuke hai,2016 july mein lga tha case... Saari pleadings over ho chuki hai,just argument par hai........causelist mein S.No 230 k around aa rha tha ab taq...aur judge sahab urgent cases k baad ordinary cases sirf s no 215 taq krte the aur kyi baari kuch case randomly utha lete the....mera case left ho jata tha...aisa 2 baar ho gya mere saath Isliye dae lag rha k pta nai aur kitna lakba case chalega..aise toh 5 saal baad job mil bhi gyi toh uska kya faiyda Ab rough estimate bta do plz ki mere saath exceptionally esa ho rha hai ya sab cases ko solve hone mein 3-4 saal lagte hai?
