  • Instigation is not come under the section 498-A IPC.
  •  
  • Trying for abortion :- The defination of 498-A IPC is subjecting a maried woman for cruelity. If you are harassing her physically and mentally continuesouly for getting abortion, the ection 498-A IPC is atracts.
