is the arbitration getting very much  inefective

by waste of time


& efforts

due to tactics  adopted by some vested intetrests?

 Infact, it is not so. Arbitrators have powers to ward of any delay tactics. They can pass award if any party does not file its reply - Waiver. 

If arbitrator fails in his duty, he can be removed - 

Once award is passed, any appeal has to be filed within 120 days max (90+30).

Any kind of tactics does not make it ineffective.
