I have a chicken shop in Navi mumbai and now commissioner had cancelled the license, I want to appeal against this cancellation. Please can someone advise me where to appeal?

Can you please if the jurisdiciton is High court only, or I need to take a path of District court and then High court.
Also would need to know if I need to appeal or file a writt?

Hello Mr. Kumar, People from the locality has raised a concern that the shop should not be a residential area. It has been influenced by the local corporator. Recently I have renewed it, but immediately in 3 months cancelled.
