If maintenance is passed in the lower court and I appeal in the higher court,would the case carry on in the lower court or stall till maintenance is decided...Thanks

1. An Application for Stay of trial Court proceedings are filed along with Appeal without which lower court proceedings will proceed in accordance with Law.
