Friends,

While filing Appeal in divorce matter, can an appellant request the High Court to deal with the matter as an urgent matter.

I mean is there any way for disposal of Appeal in a speedy manner.

1. Appeal matters are normally disposed in shortest time.
2. The Superior Court has just to agree to one "merit" point to dispose the Appeal matter, now it depends how well you placed your “one merit” point to see it disposed off expeditiously that is all there to reply to your mammoth que. before us!
