sir i have registered a 50 rupee bond agreement with app developer and mentioned a time period of my project but still yet not completing and else i had paid an total amount of my project..and time period s over about 4 months else...what can i do sir..and what case can i file it to return back my full amount....what are the section is available to return back my amount sir....please help me sir...
You can file civil case for "specific performance of contract" and if your amount is more than 1lakh then insolvency petition might be a good option. let me know about the amount you have paid to him.
