Dear Members,
I have bought a flat in Thane about 3 years back in under construction bldg and agreement registered at that point of time mentions the bldg plan as Stilt + 15 Floors (CC is of 13 floors at that time)
Now the builder has got TDR approved and the rectified CC from TMC is Stilt + 18 floors and he has updated the plan to Stilt + 18 floors.
My question is that my sale agreement still mentions Stilt + 13 Floors whereas the building is actually now 18 Floors.
Experts please guide what should i do to get my agreement rectified. Is there any way i can get the ammendment done and register the same.
