In HMOP case I have attended 7 counselling and they put one more.
In clubbed cases ie conjunal and divorce.
In this juncture I don't want to attend counselling is it a right way. And whom I have to give petition to escalate my case. For argument..

You can inform the mediator about this and can express your unwillingness and request the mediator to revert the matter to the regular court for further proceedings.
