Advice and legal stand sought for

shortfall in notice period 29 days.requested for adjusting in leave at credit. co. didn't. instead deducted gross salary of 29 days.whereas leave encashment of 60 days at credit calculated taking only basic pay and a few small allowances at par with co. statute. there is no clear cut procedure for notice shortfall in the statute.can i adapt any recourse?

It can be interpreted in either way, if there is not clear cut laid down poliy of adjusting leave to notice period.  Contact advocate experienced in Labor matters for recourse and decide on facts of the case.
