Hello,
My divorce petition is pending at mumbai family court from past 4 years. My argument will commence from next court date. I had already submitted evidence at the time of filing a petition. But now, i would like to submit additional evidence. So, is it permissible to submit the same now ? If yes, what is the procedure ? Just for your info, am running the case without any advocate. So, i would appreciate if you can help me out in this issue... Thanks in advance !!!!!

If it is some new piece of evidence which you could not have lead before i.e at the time of your evidence then, you will have to file an application seeking permission of the court to lead additional evidence giving reasons for the same.
