Action by trade union for notice under section 9a of id act

Will any member please inform the procedure to be followed by a trade union which receives a notice under section 9A of Industrial Dispute Act from its management for proposed negative change in service condition. It is to inform that the union is not ready to accept the proposed negative changes in service condition.

Your query is very brief and unclear.  Is it that you have initiated a change and the union has raised an objection to it that section 9A of I.D.Act should be complied?  What was the change?  Does it fall in any of the category of changes spelt out in Schedule that calls for notice or change?   After receiving all details proper advice can be rendered.
