AC court

Whats is AC Court at Assistant commisioner office? What is does ? How they help senior citizens? I heard they have priority for senior citizens ? Pls clarify..

I heard in AC court , senior citizens greviences will be taken forward and provide appropriate solution, because police station wont help most of the times
