Sir ,I'm(21 years old) from the state of Andhra Pradesh(AP) belong to Scheduled Tribe(ST) ,now living in Tamilnadu(TN) & had schooling and graduation all here in Tamilnadu .I own a communicate certificate issued by Mandal Revenue Officer(MRO) from Andhra Pradesh and I have not enjoyed the benefits of that certificate here in TN as I have been treated here as other state candidate .Our relatives are all living in AP ,the place where the certificate has been issued .
I'm asking this question in relation for applying a job in the Central Government Organisation .On this note,I would like to know whether MRO's has the authority to issue a fresh certificate stating the 'ORDINARY RESIDENCE' as TN address(the place where I'm temporarily living now) in the Community Certificate and the origin(permanent residence) as AP ?
