I buy an agricultural land of 10cent in my native ....so registration process was done...the property registered to my name after that I submitted all necessary documents to change the mutation records to my name...but the officer expect the money I refuce to give money ...so he mention in mutation record as the land was acquired by govt ....what is the next step I need to do please suggest me...
From which state you come from ? Now entire land records have been uploaded in website by state government, and wherever Government lands are there, getting it Registration is not possible. When you have bought the land, catch hold of the seller and ask his link documents and title. Contact a local advocate as one has to go through several documents.
