by applying form 16 or 16 A to your employer.
i think you are asking for tds refund, for that you have to submitt return in ITR-1 for A.Y.2011-12 & A.Y.2012-13 as per your TDS certificate. if the tds amount is more than your tax liability then the assessing authority must refund your tds claim.

Reply :-
first you contact ur employer for your form 16 & then u fill the ITR 1 .
After that you submit it ur nearest income tax office or file online return.
Any problem contact INCOME TAX OFFICE or Website
Form 16 ,is a certificate by the employer confirming the amount of tax deducted & deposited by them,in your account. However if there is any difficulty in obtaining the said certificate from the employer, you can get yourself registered for 26AS,wherefrom ,you can view the amount of tax deposited by your employer in your account during the said asst.year.Then safely you can file your income tax return & claim for the refund of tax,if you are entitled for the same,as per the income "returned "by you.

Reply: You have to file your returns of income for the Assessment Years 2011-12, 2012-13 as early as possible. Before that, collect your TDS Certifucates in Form No.16, from your employer. Also check your Form No. 26AS, and see that the TDS amounts are there to your credit; if not, take up the matter with your employer who have to set it right.
